THORNLEIGH CAR CLUB INC.
Since 1954
Thornleigh Car Club is a fun, inclusive and diverse grassroots motorsport club. Based in the Sydney's northern suburbs, our members come from all over NSW and participate in a range of motorsport disciplines in a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
Our annual calendar offers relaxing social events, track days, motorkhana/khanacross events, forest rallies and even encourage junior participation from 12 years of age at some of our event to support learning to drive in a safe environment learning car control from an early age.

Thornleigh Car Club is once again hosting its exceptional value track day.
Limited number of spots to ensure maximum track time (capped at 48 entries - max 2 drivers per car).
Motorsport Australia licence not required as long as you have red P's or above on civil licence. Minimum age is 16 years.
Format is 10 minute sessions with the time for the fastest single lap being used for results.
It is anticipated that all competitors will get one 10 minute session per hour.
Road cars, race cars, rally cars and unregistered club cars welcome.

This month we will be taking nominations for the various roles in the club. We are actively seeking members to take on the roles of President as well as Secretary to ensure the club continues to operate.​

Venue: Start Shell service station Freemans Water Hole
Cost: $30 pre entry, $5 additional late fee on the day
7:30am Registration, 9:15am Briefing, 9:30am Start, 3:00pm Car 1 Finish
Untimed touring assembly in the Hunter Valley finishing at Potters Brewery, Nulkaba on Wine Country Drive. Route charted, 260km competitive distance (all tarmac) with visual route checks. Supp regs available at www.historicrally.com.au

August Toyosports Day/Night Autocross - Postponed

Cost: $100 Adults

10:30am Docco / Scrutineering, 11am Briefing followed by parade lap, 12pm Start, 9pm Finish.
Entries close on 1/8/2025 unless filled earlier, no cash entries on the day.
Maximum 40 entries, maximum 2 drivers per car.
Supp regs are available on the Toyosports Facebook page. Standing start with one warm-up lap and one flying lap. Accumulated time of all flying laps to determine the results.​​​​

Saturday 23rd August WAC State Khanacross

Saturday 30th August AMSAG Rosewood Rally

Cost: $680 (include Saturday dinner for two).
Time: Friday 29th August 6:00pm – 8:30pm Check-In.
Saturday 30th August 6:45am – 7:30am Check-In, 7:45am Briefing, 8:15am Car 1 Start, 3:38pm Car 1 Finish.
Organised by Wagga & District Car Club with help from AMSAG. 190km Competitive, 116 km Transport, 4 stages run twice all daylight with 3 service breaks at Rosewood Sports Club. Saturday 6th September Social Car Show - Hornsby Westfield

Venue: Hornsby Westfield Rooftop car park
Cost: Free
Hornsby Westfield is hosting a car show to showcase enthusiasts cars and bikes from 11am - 2pm. Height restriction of 2m for vehicles.
This event will be hosted on the rooftop parking area, featuring a DJ, facepainting, fairy-floss and other refreshments and activities for the family. This free event will be hosted for the community to attend and free for you to enter your car into, with any proceeds going to a local Men’s charity. We also plan to have a surprise guest character appearance! ​​
Furthermore, there will be voting for ‘people’s choice’ awards for all vehicles entered, giving all entrants the possibility of winning 1 of 3 prizes (TBC):

Thornleigh Car Club once again presents the Dirt N Dust Challenge Colo Khanacross.
This excellent value for money event will follow the same format as previous events, aiming to give competitors up to 16 runs.
